We invite you to find out more about the company’s offer in the field of environmental impact assessment. AVES Nature carries out studies on noise emissions. Assessments are carried out in accordance with current norms and standards.
Noise emissions are one of the most common impacts resulting from the nature of the projects carried out. We deal with the calculation of noise for projects likely to have a significant impact on the environment. Our studies are carried out in the form of separate attachments containing simulations of noise dispersion in the environment. The attachment can be part of the environmental impact report or the post-implementation analysis. All calculations are performed in accordance with: the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2001 (Polish Journal of Laws of 2008, No. 25, item 150 as amended), Ordinance of the Minister of Environment of 1 October 2012 amending the Ordination on admissible levels of noise in the environment, and standards (e.g. PN-ISO 9613-2 Acoustics — Attenuation of sound during propagation outdoors. General method of calculation). We also seek to align investments with European Union reference documents (CNOSSOS-EU).
The cost of the assessment depends on the number of emission sources, the complexity of the data, and the nature of the project. It’s important that the noise assessment meets, above all, the requirements set out in the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2001. For the calculations, we use specialized software that determines noise propagation (both industrial and road noise) based on methods recommended by the Ministry of the Environment, the European Parliament, and the European Council. AvesNature sp. z o. o. makes every effort to ensure that the results reflect the actual planned impact on the environment. The cost of noise assessment starts from PLN 1 900. The current price list is also presented in the table below.
Most often, the investor is required to perform such an assessment at the stage of the environmental impact report (the so-called scoping). Another example of a requirement to perform an appropriate assessment is compliance with the requirements resulting from separate regulations. However, the most important issue for the investor is to obtain an environmental decision. Therefore, a noise impact assessment as an element of an environmental impact assessment is crucial. Exceedances of noise nuisance standards result in fines being imposed on the entrepreneur.
Our Environmental Expertise Office has many years of experience in performing investment’s acoustic impact assessments. We undertake investment’s acoustic impact assessments all over Poland.
The acoustic impact of projects (for which preparing an environmental impact report has been requested) is an important element of the environmental impact assessment. In order to meet your expectations, we would like to inform you that we calculate and have at our disposal the software on the basis of which we provide the service of noise propagation modelling with the applicable environmental regulations and standards. We propose minimising measures. In addition to the calculations, we formulate a description of the obtained results in the form of a separate appendix.
Acoustic impact assessment may also be an element required by the public administration authorities to be submitted at the stage of assessing whether an environmental impact report will be required for the project. Adapting the Project Information Sheet to the requirements of the authority will be key in effectively obtaining an environmental decision. Drawing up the applicable calculations and proposing minimization measures will meet the requirements set by individual authorities while avoiding the need to prepare an environmental impact report. The tools we have at our disposal make it possible to meet the imposed conditions.
Noise modelling is carried out in accordance with applicable requirements and standards. We use computational models for industrial noise sources in accordance with European Union guidelines. We support our calculations with a description in the form of an attachment and adjust our results to the most likely sound level values.

For over a dozen years, we have been supporting investors in the process of obtaining environmental documentation (e.g. environmental report, Project Information Sheet, ecological survey) necessary to implement investment projects. Thanks to the experience gained during this time, the documentation prepared by our specialists is recognized by institutions providing opinions and issuing environmental decisions. The credibility of our documentation ensures quick and efficient obtaining of the relevant permits for the execution of your project.
The methodology used in calculations for presenting noise emissions is carried out in accordance with all standards used in noise calculation software, including PN-ISO 9613. The propagation of noise depends on the appropriate location of the parameters and values adopted for the calculations, which is why we try to adjust our calculations as much as possible to the actual situation based on accepted research and applied standards.
Acoustic impact assessment and acoustic modelling are studies that are part of documents such as e.g. environmental report, Project Information Sheet, and integrated permits. We provide comprehensive service and advice at the stage of preparing acoustic impact assessments, documentation, and obtaining permits (e.g. environmental decisions).
The cost of preparing an acoustic impact assessment depends on the type of project and the number of noise emitters. The price of a noise impact assessment starts from PLN 1000 net for one emitter in the case of small-scale projects.
