These are simulations modelling the spread of substances into the air (including nitrogen oxide, sulphur dioxide, Fine Suspended Particles PM2.5, PM10 and other pollutants) in the form of a separate attachment. The attachment may constitute an element of the project\u2019s environmental impact report or the post-implementation analysis. It\u2019s important that the air emissions analysis meets, above all, the requirements set out in the Environmental Protection Law Act of 27 April 2001. Another example of a requirement to perform an appropriate analysis is compliance with the requirements resulting from separate regulations. However, the most significant issue for the investor is to obtain an environmental decision.
